Access
Control
Overview
|
|
|
ID-tag recognition provides an effective and secure way to control staff
access to a building, without human intervention. Duplication of keys or
security leaks will be something of the past. Each keyring ID-tag has a unique
ID code linked to the user, authorising such a person automatic access to a
specific building.
The Responder (tag reader) decodes the keyring ID-tag code, held by the user,
followed by a transmission to the ESS or company control room. Validity and time
of access are verified by the control room on positive acknowledgement. The
Responder only responds to messages received from the control room and
de-activates the built-in alarm system and activates the striker lock. Invalid
use activates a siren at the site or building. |
